Yahsaswi Personnel Services is located at 553, Shukruwar Peth in Pune. If you know the area, you know it’s one of those busy, traditional parts of the city where everything is happening at once. Our office is right in the middle of all that hustle. It’s an old building, and we’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the street noise anymore. The work we do involves a lot of personnel management, so there are always stacks of folders and papers everywhere. We have a couple of computers, but a lot of the day is just spent talking to people and sorting out administrative stuff. The office is pretty basic—just a few fans, some old desks, and enough light to see what we are doing. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look pretty. It’s a functional space for honest work. Around lunchtime, the smell of food from the nearby houses and stalls drifts in. Shukruwar Peth has a lot of character, and I think our office fits right in. It’s not polished or modern, but it works for what we need to do. People walk in from the street to ask about services, and we just help them out as best as we can. It’s a busy, dusty, and very real place to work every single day.
