You can find Xyz Services on the 7th floor of the Citadel building. We are at E3-28 on B.T. Kawade Road in the Ghorpadi area of Pune. Being on the 7th floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, although it’s mostly just other buildings and the busy road below. The elevator in the Citadel sometimes takes forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. Ghorpadi is a bit of an industrial and residential mix, so the crowd is always varied. Our office is a typical service-oriented space. It has white walls that could probably use a new coat of paint and some rows of desks. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, log on, and handle the service requests that come in through the day. The 411001 area is quite busy, and B.T. Kawade Road is always humming with cars and buses. It can get a bit distracting, but we just shut the windows and focus on the work. We aren't a giant multinational; we are just a local team doing our bit from this 7th-floor office. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve just gotten used to it. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we just try to keep things moving along smoothly without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
