Worksphere Consultants is located over in Kharadi. If you know Pune, you know Kharadi has become this big hub with all these new buildings and IT parks. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We aren't a massive corporation; it’s just a few of us here. We spend our days looking at requirements and talking to folks who are looking for a change in their careers. It can get pretty hectic when there are a lot of positions to fill. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just talk to people like they are people. Sometimes we stay late when things get behind. Kharadi is a busy place, so there's always noise from the construction or the traffic outside. It’s a good spot to be, though. We’ve seen the area turn from almost nothing into this huge center. We just try to keep up with it all. Our desks are usually a bit messy with notes and printouts. That's just how we work. We don't mind it. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here. We just show up, do our bit, and go home. That's Worksphere Consultants for you. Nothing too complicated, just a small office trying to do right by the people we work with. It's just us doing our thing in this part of town every single day, keeping it simple.
