Work Sphere Consultants

We work out of Shivajinagar in Pune. Our office is Flat 2B in the Unique Apartments, which is right next to the Jain Mandir. It’s a very central location, so it’s easy for people to reach us. Work Sphere Consultants is basically a small team of us who help people find employment. Since we are in an apartment building, it doesn't feel like a typical stiff office. It’s got a bit of a homey feel to it, which I think people appreciate when they come in for a chat about their careers. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking on our mobile phones. Shivajinagar is always buzzing with students and office goers, so there is a lot of energy around. Sometimes the parking near the Jain Mandir is a real headache, but that’s just Pune for you. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just know how to talk to people and figure out where they might fit in a new job. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and printouts of resumes. We take our tea breaks together and discuss the different roles we are trying to fill. It’s a simple operation without any bells and whistles. We’ve been here at S. No. 175 for a good while now and we know the area well. It’s just us doing our thing.
