Our office is located in Wanorie, specifically at Flat 02 in Building C of Dayanand Gardens. It’s tucked behind the Tatya Tope Society. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a global services company, being in a residential garden complex, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and lets us focus on the data and service work we do for our clients. We’ve been here for a bit, and the team has grown into the space. It’s not a high-rise office building like you might see in the IT parks. It’s more of a converted space that feels a bit more like home. We handle a lot of back-end tasks and support services. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail and sitting at the computer for long stretches. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Most people who work here live nearby, so it’s a very local feel even though the work we do reaches further out. We keep our operations pretty simple. There’s a kitchen area where we all have lunch and the usual office stuff scattered around. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with team-building retreats or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It’s a practical, no-frills environment for everyone involved. The gardens outside give us a nice place to walk during breaks.
