We are over in Pune at Sadashiv Pethrambag Colony. It's a busy spot. We handle herbs and essential oils. It started small. Now we have lots of bottles and drying plants around. The Yashodeep building is where we do most things. It smells like mint and lemons a lot of the time because of the oils. We spend our mornings checking the quality of what comes in from the farms. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We aren't a giant factory, just a group of us trying to get these herbs out to people who need them. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside we just focus on the packing. The oils take a long time to get right. You can't rush it. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People around here know us as the herb folks. It’s not fancy, just some desks, shelves, and a lot of glass jars. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The rainy season makes things tricky with the drying process, so we have to watch the humidity. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the herbs stay fresh until they get to the next person. It is what it is, just a regular day-to-day business in a crowded part of town. We don't have a big fancy office, just the space we need for the crates and the equipment. It works for us.
