Welcome Hair Dressers

We have been running Welcome Hair Dressers here at Kothrud Bhavani Complex for quite some time. It is situated right at Sangam Chowk in Shastri Nagar, which is a busy area with a lot of people moving around throughout the day. The shop isn't very large, but it serves the purpose for anyone needing a quick trim or a shave. We open up early because many workers in Shastri Nagar like to get sorted before their shift starts. You can see the traffic piling up at Sangam Chowk from our front window. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the chairs and the glass. It is just a basic local spot. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or anything, just a few stools for waiting and some old newspapers that people leaf through. The neighborhood is friendly enough. Most of our regulars live nearby in the complex or just a few streets over. We try to keep the place tidy. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or use the natural light from the door. It gets hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Working at Bhavani Complex means we see all sorts of people every day. We just focus on the job and keep things moving. It is a simple life here in Shastri Nagar.
