We are over here at 20 / 231, Netaji Nagar in Pune. If you know the area, it’s a pretty busy part of Maharashtra 411 040. Webtek Labs Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for some time now. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a regular place where we come in every morning and get to work. We have a few desks, some computers, and the usual office clutter that accumulates when you're busy. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain is heavy. We handle quite a bit of stuff throughout the week, and the phones are usually ringing. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, which is just part of living and working in Pune, I guess. We take turns making tea and occasionally someone brings in snacks to share. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. There’s no big corporate manual telling us how to talk to people; we just answer the door or the phone and see what needs doing. Netaji Nagar has a lot of energy, and we like being tucked away in this part of the city. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the day without too much trouble. It’s a decent place to work for us and we enjoy the daily routine.
