We have been operating out of Pune for quite some time now. It’s a decent city for what we do, even though the traffic gets worse every year. Our office is tucked away, and honestly, it’s nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires that we keep meaning to organize but never actually get around to. We started this whole thing with just a couple of people and a few laptops. Now, there are a few more of us, but the vibe hasn't changed much. We don't spend money on fancy art for the walls or expensive coffee machines. We just use the basic stuff. Most days are pretty quiet, just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. Sometimes we all go out for a quick bite at the corner stall when we’re tired of the same old routine. We handle web stuff mostly, but we don't like to make a big deal about it. It’s just work. We show up, do what needs to be done for the clients, and go home. We’ve had our fair share of long nights when projects are due, and those usually involve a lot of cold tea and staring at screens until our eyes hurt. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to make a living in Maharashtra. We've been at it for years and plan to stay for a while.
