Way To Careear

We are located at 402 on V R Nayak Lane in Akurdi. Way To Careear is a small operation. We don’t have a big fancy building or anything like that. It’s just an office where we help people figure out their next steps. Mostly, we talk to students or folks who aren't happy with their current jobs. Akurdi is a good place to be, it’s got a lot of schools and companies nearby. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking about what different jobs are actually like. We don't use a lot of big words or make grand promises. It’s more about being realistic about what someone can do. The office is usually quiet, which is nice because it lets us focus. Sometimes it gets a bit busy around graduation time. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait in. V R Nayak Lane is easy enough to find once you know the area. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the local landscape. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most people just hear about us from a friend or a neighbor. We just want to give some honest advice and help people get where they want to go. It’s simple work but it feels good when someone finds a path that works for them. We just take it one person at a time.
