Our academy is located at A-108 in the H Block of MIDC, not far from the Morwadi Court. This is a heavy industrial area, so the surroundings are full of factories and workshops. Inside our space, you’ll find welding machines, safety gear, and various metal pieces. It’s a hands-on place where people come to learn the trade. It’s definitely not a clean-room environment; there’s always a bit of grit and the smell of hot metal in the air. We have some classroom space with basic tables and chairs, but most of the action happens in the practical area. The floors are concrete and can take a beating from the heavy equipment. We don’t go for any polished corporate looks here because it wouldn’t make sense for a welding school. The instructors are usually in their work clothes, and there’s a lot of noise when the machines are running. We have a small office area for the paperwork and registrations, but even that is pretty basic. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially near the welding bays, but we have some big fans to keep the air moving. People come here to gain a real skill, and we provide the tools and space to do that. It’s a hardworking environment where we focus on the practical side of things. No fancy slogans, just sparks and metal and getting the technique right. We just spend our days making sure everyone learns properly.
