Wallingco Products India Llp is based in Kothrud, Pune, inside the Lotus Plaza building. We’re at Sno 15/1B/1, right near the old Sangam Press Road. It’s a busy commercial area, and there is always something happening outside our windows. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect from a company that deals with building products. We have stacks of catalogues and samples of wall materials everywhere. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We spend our days talking to builders and people who are trying to put up new walls or fix old ones. Kothrud is a great place to be because everything is close by, though the traffic on the way to Lotus Plaza can be a nightmare in the evenings. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about construction materials. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in whenever a client calls or a delivery arrives. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. Most of the time, we’re just drinking tea and figuring out logistics for the next batch of products. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen a lot of buildings go up in the area. We’re just glad to be a small part of that process.
