You can find our studio over in Bhawani Peth near Vijay Chowk, right behind Samjuba Hospital at 270/1. It’s a busy part of town, and finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We focus on the hardware and the fittings that go into making a house look and work better. We have some displays set up so people can actually see how the hinges or the handles look before they buy them. It’s a bit cleaner than your average hardware shop, but we still have boxes everywhere and we are always unpacking new stock. We aren't designers with big degrees or anything; we just know what hardware works well for different types of cabinets and doors. People come in with their carpenters or sometimes on their own to pick out what they need for their renovations. We spend a lot of time explaining how certain fittings work because they can be a bit confusing. It’s a lot of talking and showing samples. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. Most folks come because their architect or a friend told them we have a good variety. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We take our lunch breaks together in the back and try to keep things relaxed. It’s just about helping people find the right bits and pieces for their homes without any big fuss.
