Koregaon Park is a nice area, very green. We’ve been doing decorations around here for a long time. It’s mostly setting up for small parties, weddings, or local events. We have a lot of cloth, poles, and lights stored away. Most of the time we are out on-site somewhere, sweating while we put up a stage or some flowers. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping. We don't have a big office, just a place to keep our stuff and talk to clients. Sometimes the client knows exactly what they want, other times we just use what we have available. We aren't a big corporate company. It’s just us and a few helpers we call when there’s a big job. People in Koregaon Park know us by name. We don't do much advertising; word travels fast around here. If there is a function happening, there is a good chance we are there in the background making sure the chairs are straight. We spend a lot of time untangling fairy lights and washing the seat covers. It’s not always pretty work, but seeing the final setup is okay. We try to stay organized, but with so many events, things get messy quickly. We just move from one job to the next. The storage area is always full of stacks of chairs and big rolls of carpet. We have to load the truck carefully every morning so nothing breaks on the way to the venue.
