S G Decorators

We are located at 257 Guruwar Peth on Corporate Road. S G Decorators has been around this part of town for quite some time. The business is mostly about lugging stuff around. We have poles, fabrics, and decorative pieces stacked up in the back. Our mornings usually start early, often before the sun is really up, because that is when we have to load the trucks for events. The road outside can get very narrow, making it a struggle to park the bigger vehicles. It is a physical job, and we spend a lot of time on our feet. The office part of it is just a small corner where we keep the diary of bookings. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for that; just a thick book and a pen. Guruwar Peth is a traditional neighborhood, and we like it that way. You won’t find any polished sales talk here. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through strings of lights or checking the fabric for stains. It’s messy work and our hands are rarely clean. We just get things ready and move them to where they need to go. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains and we have to cover everything in plastic. We just keep going because that is the nature of the decorating business. It’s just us working hard at number 257 every single week.
