Waghere Agro Private Limited

Out here in Pimprigaon, things have changed a lot over the years with Pune growing so fast. Waghere Agro Private Limited is our way of keeping a foot in the agriculture world even while the city moves closer to us. We’re located over at Shreedhan Appt in Sno 176, which is basically where we do all our meetings. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular place where we can sit down and talk about the business. Agriculture is what we know, even if the surroundings are becoming more urban. We deal with the day-to-day realities of getting goods moved and making sure everything is handled properly. It gets busy, especially with the traffic around Pune, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. Our team is small and we mostly just talk things through over tea. There isn't any fancy marketing strategy or a board of directors in suits. It’s just us, trying to run a private company that makes sense for our families and the people we work with. We spend a lot of time on our phones checking prices and talking to suppliers. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, which is just how the agro business goes. We’re just regular people from Pimprigaon working hard to keep this thing running. It’s about the soil and the crops at the end of the day, even if our office is in an apartment building now. It is a tough but fair living.
