Voltas Ltd

You can find us in Dhankawadi, Pune, at a building called Shivpushpa. We are located near the PMT Colony, specifically in the Gajanan Housing Society. It’s a residential area, so our office for Voltas Ltd feels very much like a part of the local community. It’s on the 35/8 plot. Being in a housing society means we see the same people every day, like kids going to school or neighbors out for a walk. It’s a far cry from a downtown office tower. Inside Shivpushpa, we’ve got our rooms set up with everything we need to run things. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries, but we make it work. The Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it isn't too dusty outside. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team here. It’s just a few of us handling the day-to-day tasks. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of working. We know where the best snacks are in Dhankawadi, and that's important too. It’s just a practical, local office where we do our best to stay on top of the pile. We’ve been here for several years now and the Shivpushpa building feels like home to us. It's just regular work in a regular neighborhood.
