Voltas Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Bhusari Colony, right off Paud Road in Kothrud. It’s actually in an apartment building called Aadesh Apt, specifically Flat No. 5. It feels a bit like a home because, well, it’s a flat. We have the usual desks and computers set up in the rooms, and it’s a pretty quiet place to work compared to the main road. Kothrud is always busy, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a crawl through Pune traffic. But once you’re inside the colony, things calm down a lot. We’re part of Voltas Ltd, but here at Niranjan Mahindrakar's place, it’s a small team. We don’t have a big flashy sign out front. We just use the space we have to get through the paperwork and coordination. The light in the afternoon is nice through the windows. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a practical apartment where we do our business. Neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We’ve got the usual Pune buzz around us, but this little corner of S.No. 94-95 is where we handle the daily grind. It’s comfortable and it works for what we need to do. Just a regular bunch of people working out of a flat in Pune. We don't really have a lobby, so guests just come right into the main room.
