Voltas Ltd.

Voltas Ltd. has its office here in Shivaji Nagar, Pune. We are located at unit No-14 on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Equitorial Forum. Being right on the Mumbai Pune Road means we hear the traffic all day long. It’s a busy building with a lot of other businesses, and the parking situation is usually a bit of a headache for everyone. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for cooling and engineering projects from these two floors. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, old files, and coffee cups. It’s not one of those modern, empty-looking offices. We have people coming and going constantly, checking on orders or looking for spare parts. Shivaji Nagar is a central spot, so it’s easy for the guys to get out to their sites from here. The 3rd floor is where most of the paperwork happens, while the 2nd floor stays a bit more chaotic with the day-to-day coordination. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the elevators in the building are definitely starting to show their age. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking shipments. It’s a regular workplace where everyone is just trying to get through their list for the day. We deal with air conditioning and heavy equipment, so there is always some technical problem to solve. We just stay focused on the tasks.
