You can find us at the Scientist Hostel, number 29, in the R& De Colony over in Dighi, Pune. It’s an interesting location, being part of a colony like this. Our office is where we do HR work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about their careers. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is good for the kind of thinking we have to do. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain. It’s just a standard room with the equipment we need to do our jobs. We've been in this part of Pune for a while now. The people who work here are just regular folks who know a lot about hiring. We don't go in for fancy speeches or complicated mission statements. We just try to match people with the right roles. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. Sometimes we get a bit buried in emails, but we manage to get through it. The colony is a nice place to walk around during a lunch break. We’re not a huge company, so things feel a bit more personal here. We just handle the HR side of things without making it sound more complicated than it is.
