Voices Hr

Voices Hr is located at Swanubhuti House, right near Mhatre Bridge in Pune. We are actually set up within the space of Sujata Sapre’s place, under the care of Pritisha. It is more of a home-turned-office than a standard business suite. This gives the whole place a very different feel compared to those big glass buildings in Hinjewadi. We sit near the windows and you can sometimes hear the birds or the traffic coming off the bridge. We handle human resources work, which basically means we spend our days talking to people and helping companies find the right staff. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because it stays personal. We don't have those automated phone systems; if you call, one of us just picks up. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and we often have tea while we go through the daily tasks. Mhatre Bridge is a busy landmark, so finding us isn't too difficult if you know the area. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. It is a practical way to work, staying close to the heart of the city but without all the corporate noise that usually comes with HR firms. Sometimes we even have meetings out on the porch if the weather is nice enough, which beats a stuffy boardroom any day of the week.
