People usually come into the Sacred World Mall looking for food or shopping, but we’re here at G-21 near Jagtap Chowk just trying to help folks get their phones working right. It’s a busy spot in Wanowarie. Most days, it is just a stream of people asking about their data plans or why their SIM card isn't picking up a signal after they dropped their phone. We don't do anything fancy here. It is just a regular shop where we sit behind the counter and look at screens all day. Sometimes it gets really crowded, especially on weekends when the mall is full of families. We have been here for a while now. The mall staff knows us and we know the tea guy nearby. It's not a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch where you can actually talk to someone instead of a machine. Sometimes the internet is slow or the system acts up, and we just have to tell people to wait a bit. We try to keep things simple. If your bill is wrong or you need a new connection, we just get the paperwork done. It’s practical work. Jagtap Chowk always has traffic outside, so it’s nice to be inside the mall where it’s a bit cooler. We just handle the daily mobile issues that everyone has these days. It is just us here, working through the pile of requests every morning.
