Ms Traders

We have been here at Ms Traders for a good while now, tucked away on the first floor of Commerce House in Nana Peth. It’s a busy area, mostly because we are so close to the Chacha Halwai Hotel. You can usually smell whatever they are cooking downstairs by mid-morning, which makes everyone hungry way too early. The Punjab National Bank is right there too, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and people coming and going from the bank. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place where we get the work done. The desks are a bit old and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound when it’s on the high setting, but it works fine for us. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of our day just managing the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. Nana Peth is one of those places where everyone seems to know each other, or at least they recognize your face if you’ve been around long enough. We usually open up early and stay until the evening. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to watch their step. It’s just a regular local business life for us here, nothing too complicated or over the top. We just keep things moving every day and try to stay organized.
