The focus is strictly on the education side of things. We've lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we understand the local pace. There isn't a big management team here; it's just a couple of us doing the teaching and keeping the place clean. Sometimes the halls are a bit cluttered with bags and umbrellas, but that’s just how it goes when it’s busy. We try to keep a steady schedule, though sometimes we stay late if a student needs extra help with a math problem. It’s a very local, neighborhood kind of business. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. People usually just walk in because they saw our sign on Sagar Heights. We just keep it simple and do our work every day without any fuss. It’s been our routine for a long time now and we plan to keep it going.
