Vivek Phutanes Academy

Our academy is located at 1119 in Sadashiv Peth, right across from the Vithal Mandir. If you're coming from the main road, just look for Haresh Phataka, and we are right near there. Being in Sadashiv Peth means it’s always lively outside. You can hear the temple bells in the morning, and there’s always someone moving about. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s an old part of Pune, and the walls here have seen a lot of students come and go over the years. Vivek Phutanes Academy isn't a huge place with a lot of staff. We keep it small so we can actually talk to the students who come through the door. The rooms have basic wooden benches and some old cupboards filled with books and old question papers. We spend our afternoons and evenings going through the syllabus and helping kids with their doubts. It gets pretty busy around February and March when the exams are close, and sometimes we stay back late to finish a chapter. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything; we just rely on people in the neighborhood knowing that we’re here. It’s a bit of a dusty place sometimes, and the traffic outside can be loud, but it’s where we do our work. We just want the students to feel comfortable enough to ask questions without feeling embarrassed. It’s just a regular, local coaching center.
