Vishnu Kanthale Agro Producer Company Limited is based at 262 Padalita in Shirur Kasar. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, away from the big city noise. We are just a group of people from around here who decided to pool our resources together and see what we could do. Our office is a simple room where we keep our books and meet to talk about the season ahead. It’s nothing like those big city offices you see on television with all the fancy lights. We have some wooden chairs, a sturdy table, and plenty of talk about the weather and the crops in the fields. Most of us have been around farming our whole lives, so we know the struggles firsthand. We started this company to help manage things better for everyone involved in our community. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit muddy when it rains heavily, making it hard for people to get to us, but we don't mind much. We spend a lot of time checking on the different members and seeing how their fields are doing this week. It's not just sitting behind a desk; we are out and about quite a bit. There’s always something that needs fixing or a problem that needs a solution. We don't use any big words or complicated plans. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal.
