If you are looking for our office, we are on Kanyashala Road in the Paranjpe Colony. This is in Palus, which is part of the Sangli district. Sangli is known for a lot of things, but Palus has its own local character. The road we are on is a regular street, and the colony is a quiet residential-commercial mix. It’s not a high-profile location, which is exactly how we like it. We have a modest setup here. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where all the work happens. People in the colony know us as the local spot for Vishay components. We don't do much in the way of advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. Most of our days are spent checking inventory and talking to folks who come by. The pace here is a bit slower than the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We take our time to get things right. Sometimes the local power goes out or the road gets a bit dusty, but that’s just part of living and working in Sangli. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with coffee machines. It’s just a workspace for people who know the trade. That’s how we’ve always run things here in Palus.
