Our office is in Malad East, right near the RBI Staff Quarters in Mumbai. We are specifically at M/20 in the Raheja Township. If you know Mumbai, you know Malad is always buzzing with people and traffic. Being in the township means we are a bit removed from the main road, but it’s still a very active place. The quarters nearby bring a lot of local residents around, so it never feels like a lonely business district. Our building is pretty standard for the area. We don't have a big lobby or fancy elevators. It’s just a place where we get together to handle the component business. Sometimes the directions can be a bit confusing for new people because the township is quite large. We usually just tell them to look for the staff quarters. We don't have any big corporate goals hanging on the wall. We just focus on the day-to-day work and making sure everything is in order. It gets pretty hot in the summer and the rains can be a real hassle, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We grab our tea from the local stall and keep the wheels turning. It’s a simple, no-nonsense kind of setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day, just like everyone else in the township.
