Vipin Giris Toppers Academy

You can find us on the first floor of the Rajyog Building. It’s right on Mhatre Bridge Road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. We are directly opposite the Phatak Baug bus stop, which makes it easy for the students to get here from Navi Peth or Sadashiv Peth. Vipin Giris Toppers Academy is a place where we spend long hours. The rooms are filled with rows of benches that have seen many years of use. You can hear the buses pulling up outside all day long. It’s a very functional space. We have some cupboards full of old test papers and books that we lend out. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the teaching to the cleaning. When it rains, the sound on the windows is quite loud because we are so close to the road. We don't have air conditioning, just the big ceiling fans that hum the whole time. Students come in, drop their bags in the corner, and we get straight to work. There isn't much room for socializing, but we sometimes chat during the five-minute breaks between subjects. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there, but we make it work. It’s just a normal coaching center in a busy part of Pune, doing what we can with the space we have.
