Vintage Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in Ellora, within the Khultabad taluka. We are at G No. 357, which is Rajesh Laxmanrao Ingle’s place. Most people know Ellora because of the famous caves, but for us, it is just home and where we work the land. We are a group of farmers who decided to join up so we could have a bit more say in how our produce is handled. Rajesh is the one who keeps things moving on the administrative side. Farming around Khultabad can be tough depending on the monsoon, and being part of this company helps us feel a little more secure. We aren't a big business with a lot of money. We are just local people who know how to grow crops in this specific soil. Our office is just a room with some chairs and a lot of talk about farming. We spend our time thinking about the next harvest and how to get it to the market without spending too much on transport. It is a very practical setup. We don’t use big words or have any complicated plans. We just want to make sure that the farmers in our group can keep their farms running. It’s about sticking together and making sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off. That is really the only reason we started this whole thing in the first place.
