Our shop is near Poonam Bakery on the Sector-37C Pashanbaner Link Road. It is a good spot. People come for the bakery and then wander over here. They want to see what we have. We keep a lot of different things. Mostly it is novelties and various gift articles. People like these for small celebrations. The store isn't very big. We have to be smart about stacking things. Sometimes it feels crowded. That is just how gift shops are. We spend our mornings cleaning dust. We make sure the displays look okay. The Pashanbaner area has changed over the years. We have stayed right here though. It is nice being close to the bakery. The smell of fresh bread drifts over while we work. We don't have fancy marketing plans. We just open up and sit behind the counter. We wait for the neighbors to drop in. Sometimes people want something very specific. We have to dig through our stock to find it. It is just a regular local business. We know our neighbors. We try to keep a decent selection for anyone on the link road. It’s a small operation but we keep at it every day. We might not have everything, but we have enough to keep the locals coming back when they need a little something extra for a friend or home.
