Manmohini Novelties

We run Manmohini Novelties from our space at 2 Agrawal Apartment. It’s on S.V. Road, very close to Mount Karomtin School. If you’re around during the morning or afternoon, you can hear the kids at the school and see all the parents dropping them off. S.V. Road is always moving, so there is plenty of noise and activity right outside our door. Our shop is part of the apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more like a neighborhood spot than a big store. We carry a variety of novelty items, the kind of stuff you might need for a party or just a little something to brighten up a room. We aren't trying to be a big chain store. It’s just us here, keeping things organized and helping whoever stops in. Some of our regulars are parents from the school who pop in for a quick bit of shopping while they wait. The space is a little tight, but we make it work by stacking things neatly. We spend our time checking what’s new and making sure the shelves don’t look too empty. It’s a nice way to spend the day, right in the middle of all the S.V. Road action. We’ve been in this apartment spot for a while, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the people who live and work around here.
