Vimal Ganga Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of Gno 556/5 in Thikekarwadi. This is up in the Junnar area of Pune district. It is a bit of a drive to get here from the main city but we like the space. The office is really just a functional room where we handle all the producer company stuff. We spent a lot of time getting the registration sorted and now we just focus on the day-to-day things. Being in Thikekarwadi means we are right in the middle of where everything happens. There is a lot of dust from the road and the sound of tractors is pretty much our background music. We don't have any big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. Usually, it is just one of us sitting at the old wooden table trying to make sense of the bills. The 412409 area is home for most of the people working here. We have had some tough seasons lately but we just keep showing up. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. There are a lot of long hours spent talking to people about seeds and weather. We share a lunch together most days and talk about anything other than work for a bit. Then it is back to the ledger and the phone calls. It is a simple life and we are okay with that.
