Vijay Mens Parlour

Vijay Mens Parlour is situated right on Swargate Road, near Nanaware Chowk in the Ghorpade Peth-Swargate area of Pune. Our shop is easy to spot because it is right on the road. We have been at this 411042 address for a long time now. It’s a traditional men’s parlour. We don't have any of the fancy stuff you see in modern salons. We have the standard barber chairs, some mirrors, and our tools for cutting hair and shaving. It’s a very simple setup. Most of our customers are locals from Ghorpade Peth or people passing by on the main road. We don't use an appointment system. You just show up, sit on the bench, and wait your turn. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait on the weekends, but it moves quickly. We keep a radio or a TV on for some background noise. The shop gets a bit of dust from all the traffic on Swargate Road, so we are always cleaning up. We aren't trying to be a "grooming studio" or anything like that. We are just a neighborhood barber shop. We know most of the men who come in, and we know exactly how they like their hair cut. It’s an honest living and we enjoy being part of the local community. We don't spend money on ads; we just rely on people knowing where we are and coming back.
