Vijay Dryfruits

We are located at Shop No- 187 in the Market Yard. It’s right by Gate No 9, just across from Rajendra Roadlines. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how hectic it gets. There are trucks unloading sacks of goods at all hours, and the smell of spices and dry goods hangs heavy in the air. Vijay Dryfruits is a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. We spend most of our time weighing things out and chatting with the regulars who come by. The floor is concrete and always looks a bit dusty because of all the foot traffic. We have boxes stacked up to the ceiling sometimes, so it gets a bit cramped. We don’t bother with fancy displays or bright lights. We just keep the bags open so people can see what they’re buying. Some days are so busy we barely have time to sit down for a cup of tea, and other days we just sit on the stools and watch the rain fall on the market road. It’s a lively place to work. You meet all sorts of people, from big wholesalers to local families. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the other shopkeepers around here are like neighbors to us. We know their kids and they know ours. It’s a simple way of living, being part of the daily bustle of the Market Yard.
