We are out here in the Nashik district, specifically in the Niad area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city hub, but we like the extra space we have for our work. Maharashtra has some beautiful spots, and while this area is mostly industrial, it still has its own kind of charm. Our place is simple. We have a shop floor where most of the heavy work happens throughout the day. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at the same time, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We have a small crew here. Most of the guys live in the surrounding villages and have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and what is going on in the town. During the monsoon season, the roads around here get a bit muddy and slow, but we manage to get things done. The air is a bit fresher than what you get in the big cities. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting at a desk. If you come by to visit, you will probably find one of us with grease on our hands or looking over a blueprint. We do things the old-fashioned way mostly. There is a lot of manual work and checking things twice to make sure they are okay. It is a steady life and we don't ask for much more.
