We are based out of Aland in Phulambri. If you know where G No. 374 is, that is exactly where you will find us working most days. This is a producer company started by people who actually understand the soil here in Aurangabad. It is not some big office in a city. Most of us are from the farms ourselves. We started Vidyadhara Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited because we needed a way to manage things together. It gets hard doing it all alone. We handle the crops and try to figure out the best way to get things to the market without too much trouble. Sometimes the weather is okay, sometimes it is not. That is just how life is here. We are just a group of local folks trying to keep things moving. You can usually find someone around the site if you need to talk. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. It is just about the work we do every day. We focus on what grows well in our specific area. It isn't easy work, but we are used to it by now. The office is plain, and we spend more time outside anyway. We just wanted a place where we could organize our farming activities properly. It is basically a team effort from everyone in the village. We hope to keep this going for a long time. It helps everyone involved.
