We are set up at R-12 in the Shri Ram Niwas Hostel building. It is over in Pulachiwadi, which is part of the Deccan area in Pune. Being in a hostel building might sound a bit different for an office, but it works for us. The area is always full of students and young people because it is Deccan. It is a very lively part of Pune to be in. We have a small space here where we manage our daily operations. It can get a bit noisy outside with all the bikes and people moving around, but inside we just focus on the work. We deal with the Videocon side of things, keeping things organized. The office is pretty simple, with basic furniture and some computers. There is not much room for anything extra. Sometimes the parking around Pulachiwadi is a real headache, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have got a routine down now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It is not a big fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical local office. We see a lot of people passing by the hostel every day. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We just do our jobs and go home like everyone else around here. It is just a normal Pune office life for us.
