Vg Academy

We are located at Shop No 20 and 21 in the Business Centre in Khadki. It’s quite easy to spot because we are right below the Bank of Maharashtra. The building is one of those older ones in Pune, so it has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit worn out in places. We’ve been running Vg Academy from here for a good while. The space is split into two shops, which gives us enough room for a few groups of students at once. It’s a very straightforward setup. We have basic benches and some cupboards filled with old notes and papers. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or glass walls. It’s just a workspace. Most of the people who come here are from the Khadki area. They find out about us from their neighbors or friends at school. We don't spend any time on marketing or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We just focus on the chapters and the exams. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a bit much, but we just raise our voices a little. The staff is just a small group of us who have been doing this for years. We drink a lot of tea and spend our afternoons explaining math and science. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to do right by the students who come to us.
