Ventures Hrd Center Pvt.Ltd. is based at C/O Kamble Mohan Balu, in Flat no: 3, A Wing of Chandrma Residency. We are located in Chinchwad, Pune-19. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big office block, which makes for a different kind of workday. We don’t have a big neon sign outside, just a small place where we get things done. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels quite grounded. Working out of a residency means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, but it also makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We have our desks set up and we spend our hours sorting through files and making calls. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the elevator is busy, but we don’t mind. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk about synergy or whatever people say these days. We just focus on the human resources tasks we have and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who reaches out. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and easy to manage. Chinchwad is a good area to be in, and being part of Chandrma Residency gives us a nice little base to work from every day. We just take it one day at a time here and stay busy with our usual routine.
