We are located out on Singhdag Road in Pune. It’s not in the very center of the city, which is actually something we prefer. The area is a bit more open, and the commute isn't as bad as it could be for everyone. We have a modest office space where we handle all our HR work throughout the week. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people on the phone or answering emails all day long. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a big sign with bright lights on it. In fact, if you aren't looking closely while driving, you might go right past the building without even noticing us. We like keeping things low-key around here. The furniture inside is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over time as we grew and needed more chairs. We have a small electric kettle for making tea, and that’s about the extent of our kitchen area. The work we do is pretty straightforward—we help different people with their staffing needs and try to keep all the paperwork organized. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we actually are. We’re just a small team of people who know how to do our jobs well enough. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we usually manage to figure it out together. Pune is a great city to work in, and being on Singhdag Road gives us a bit of a different perspective than being in the IT parks. It’s just a normal, everyday workplace for us.
