Vegination Foods LLP is right there in Gultekdi, on the second floor of Madhuganga Apartment. If you know where Apsara Cinema is, we are just opposite that. It’s a great landmark because everyone knows it. Being on the second floor means we get a decent view of the street, though it can get pretty loud with the cinema crowds and the traffic. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the office has that lived-in feel. It’s not a sterile environment; there are tea cups on the desks and papers everywhere. We focus on food-related work, which keeps us pretty busy. Gultekdi is a hub for this kind of stuff, so it makes sense for us to be here. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to tell us how to dress. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on the quality of what’s coming in. It’s a lot of manual tracking and following up. Sometimes we forget to restock the coffee or the printer jams right when we need it, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent food business. It’s straightforward, honest work without any of the corporate fluff. If you’re ever near Apsara Cinema, you’re basically looking at our front door. It’s just us up there, doing our best every day.
