We’ve been at this spot in Sector 25 of Nigdi for a good while now. It’s a busy part of Pradhikaran here in Pune. Most days at Varroc Enginerring Pvt Ltd start early when the machines get going. The space at 25/1 isn't fancy or anything. It’s just a place where we get the work done. People around here know the sound of the shop. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush. We focus on the engineering side of things. It’s mostly about making sure the parts are right and the measurements don’t drift. If you come by, you’ll see some of the guys on the floor checking drawings or moving material around. It’s not the cleanest job, but it’s what we do. Pune has plenty of places like this, but we’re just this one corner. We handle the metal and the specs as they come in. There’s usually some tea being had near the back entrance when things slow down for a minute. The building has seen its share of rain and dust over the years. We don't spend much time worrying about the office decor. It’s more about the actual work on the floor. Most of us have been coming to this same address for years. Nigdi is a practical place to be based. It’s close to everything we need. We keep the doors open and just stay busy with whatever order is next on the list. We don't talk much, just work.
