Vakratund Architects Contractors & Interiors is located over in Vishal Nagar-Pimple Nilakh. We are specifically at Sr No 28/1/73 in Madhuban Colony. This part of Pune, the 411027 area, has grown a lot lately. Our place is near Bora Happy Homes, and we are also quite close to the Rabbit N Tortoise Pre School. It’s a busy little neighborhood with families and a lot of activity. The office is at S/O. Shantinath Patil’s place. It’s a grounded kind of setup. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and work on our projects. Jagtap Dairy is the big reference point for this side of town. Being in Madhuban Colony feels like being part of a community rather than just an industrial zone. We spend our hours here dealing with the daily grind of contracting and design work. Some days the noise from the school nearby is quite cheerful, and it reminds us of the local life going on outside our windows. We don't really use big words or try to impress anyone with the office decor. It’s about the work we do at the desk and on the field. We keep things simple and honest.
