We are located in Building No. 22 at Anandnagar Park Co-Op Hsg Society, specifically in Flat No. 29. It’s on Paud Road in the Kothrud area of Pune. It might seem like a regular residential building, but that’s where we do all our planning and engineering work. Having architects, planners, and designers all in one spot makes things simpler for us. We don't have to call someone across town to ask about a structural beam. We just talk across the room. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, and we’ve been here long enough to know the local landscape pretty well. Our desks are usually covered in site maps, structural calculations, and half-finished sketches. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Maharashtra. We just want to do the work correctly. Projects can be a bit of a headache sometimes when the math doesn't line up or the client changes their mind at the last minute. We just sit back down, drink some water, and fix it. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the drawings and the actual construction site. People stop by the flat to discuss their plans, and we try to give them a realistic idea of what’s possible on their budget. It’s just everyday work for us, and we try to keep things organized even when the paperwork starts piling up on the floor.
