Core Architecture

Our office is at 11 481/C Shri Prasad Society, which is tucked away in Parvati Darshan. If you are on S C Road, we are right behind Hotel Panchami and near Cygnus Hall. It’s a relatively quiet spot in Pune, which is good for us because we need to focus on our architecture work. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. The office is pretty basic, with some sturdy desks and plenty of shelves for our files. We have samples of various building materials like stone and wood piled up in different corners. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve done before or who just walk in because they are in the neighborhood. We spend our days doing a mix of drawing on the computer and visiting construction sites to see how things are going. It’s a hands-on kind of job, and we don't mind getting a bit of dirt on our clothes. We aren't trying to be the most famous firm in the city. We just want to do a decent job on every project we take on. There is usually some music playing in the background while we work, and we keep things pretty casual. If you drop by, we’ll probably just be sitting there with our sketches, trying to figure out a design.
