If you head over to Vadgaon Dhairy and look behind the Dhaireshwar Temple, you will find us at Pokale House. It’s in S# 56, and it’s a bit tucked away from the main road. John Farms Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the morning prayers, which is actually quite nice when we start our day. The area has built up a lot recently, but we still have our workspace here. It’s a mix of office work and being out on the ground. We have some storage space and a small area where we handle the administrative side of the farm business. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just what we need to get by. We spend our time talking to vendors and making sure the farm supplies are going where they need to go. Sometimes the local dogs wander into the yard, and we have to shoo them out before they get into the storage area. It’s a very local feel here. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know each other’s families. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the crops and the business are handled right so we can stay open for another year. It’s just how we have always done things around here, and we like the quiet location.
