Diwa is where we are based, specifically at S.No-12 in the Saswadpurandar area. Chhatrapati Agro Feed And Hacheries is mostly about the daily grind of managing feed and the hatchery. We spend a lot of our time checking the grain quality and making sure the machines are running okay. It gets pretty dusty out here in Saswad, especially when the trucks are moving in and out. The hatchery part takes a lot of watching because the temperature has to be just right all the time. Sometimes we stay late into the night just to make sure everything is settled. It is a small team here and we don't have any fancy offices or anything like that. Just a few desks and a lot of bags of feed stacked up. People from the local area come by for their supplies and we usually have a quick tea with them. Some days are harder than others when the delivery trucks get stuck in traffic or a machine breaks down. We just fix what we can and keep going. We have been at this location for a while now and we know the rhythms of the work. It is not a glamorous job but it is what we do. We don't have any big corporate speeches. We just focus on the birds and the feed and making sure the work gets done before the sun goes down.
