You can find V Customers over in Yerwada, Pune. We are located in Building Number 24, Flat Number 10 on the Northwest side of Pratik Nagar. The pin code is 411006 if you are looking us up on a map. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes for a very casual atmosphere, which we prefer over a stiff corporate environment. We spend our time handling customer-related tasks and managing different requests that come in. It’s a lot of work on the computer and plenty of time spent on headsets. Yerwada is a lively area and there is always something happening outside. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts in, but we don't mind it too much. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and post-it notes because we have to keep track of so many different things at once. It isn't a perfect system, but it works for us and we get the job done. We are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just show up every day, drink some tea, and get through the list of things we need to do. It’s honest work and we like being based in Pratik Nagar. If you are ever around Yerwada, that is where you will find us working away in Bldg 24. We stay pretty busy most of the week.
