Urvija Agro Companion India Llp is based out of Ganga Garden in Mundhawa. We are in Building B, Flat 202. It’s a residential complex, so our office feels very much like a regular Pune apartment. Pingale Wasti is a crowded area and the lanes can be tight. We have been here at SN-77/3/2 for a while now. We call ourselves companions because that’s how we work together on the agro business. The living room is where we have most of our meetings. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It gets pretty warm in Pune City, so the fans are always on full blast. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors’ televisions through the walls. We aren't a big company with a storefront or anything. You just come to the second floor and ring the bell. We might be in the middle of lunch or sorting through some paperwork. It’s a very informal environment. We keep our samples in the back room and the table is usually covered in folders. Mundhawa is growing fast with all the new construction, but Ganga Garden stays pretty much the same. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep up with the orders. It’s a simple setup that works for us. We don't need much more than a quiet place to think and a good internet connection to stay in touch with our people.
